The recent years have raised a number of serious problems to the academic training in general, and mostly to the medical one, problems that led to a real crisis. The retirement of medical staff at 65 years old led to the vacancy of many positions, especially professors, positions that cannot be filled by competition for several reasons. First, because the lack of employment exams, which are organized by the Ministry of Education at longer intervals and then the ratio of 1/7, ie 7 vacancies are freeing a single position, and sometimes not a lecturer or professor one.
